How long does the process take?
Typical turnaround is 3–5 working days from receipt of your CV and target job description. Urgent timelines can be discussed on request.
Can you tailor my CV to a specific job?
Yes. Job-specific tailoring is included in the Premium Career Package and can be added to the Professional CV package. Share the target job description when you submit.
Will AI invent experience?
No. We never invent or exaggerate experience. AI is used only to assist with phrasing and structure — your record stays truthful and verifiable.
What file formats can I upload?
We accept Word (.docx, .doc) and PDF. If you only have a LinkedIn profile, you can export it as PDF and submit that.
Is my information confidential?
Yes. Your CV and supporting documents are treated as confidential and are not shared with third parties. Documents are not automatically sent to any external AI service.
Do I receive both Word and PDF versions?
Yes. The Professional CV and Premium Career Package include both Word and PDF deliverables.
Can I request revisions?
Yes. One revision is included in the Professional CV and Premium Career Package, covering reasonable adjustments to wording, ordering and emphasis.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are available if you cancel before work on your CV has started. Once the personalised review or rewriting process has begun, refunds may be limited because the service involves individual professional work. Each package includes the revisions stated in the service description. We do not guarantee job interviews, shortlisting or employment outcomes.
