Refund & Revision Policy

Offshore CV Pro provides personalised CV writing, rewriting and career document support services. Each service involves individual review, professional time and customised document preparation.

Cancellation before work starts

Customers may request a full refund if they cancel before work on their CV review, rewriting or career document service has started.

After work has started

Once the personalised review, analysis, rewriting or document preparation process has started, refunds may be limited or unavailable because the service involves individual professional work.

After delivery of the first draft

After the first CV draft, review document or career document has been delivered, full refunds are not available. However, customers may request revisions according to the package they purchased.

Revisions

Each package includes the number of revisions stated in the service description. Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the draft.

Revisions must relate to the original scope of the purchased service. A change of target role, new job description, new career direction or major new information may require an additional service or fee.

No employment guarantee

Offshore CV Pro does not guarantee job offers, interviews, shortlisting, recruiter responses or employment outcomes. The service is designed to improve the clarity, structure and professional presentation of the customer’s real experience.

Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate, truthful and complete information. Offshore CV Pro does not fabricate experience, qualifications, certificates, job titles, project results or achievements.

  • Full name
  • Request reference number
  • Purchased package
  • Reason for the request

Review of requests

Refund and revision requests will be reviewed individually. Offshore CV Pro aims to respond within 3 business days.
